high-pressure sales tactics, but believe my role as your real estate agent is that of a "provider of facts
and pertinent information" to allow you to make your own real estate purchasing

In order to provide you with the
expertise necessary to guide you in making these important real estate decisions, I have
advanced real estate designations. This means that I have invested my own
time and money in advanced real estate education in order to provide you with
the expert service that you need and deserve when you are buying a home.
My advanced Realtor designations include:
- ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) - The
ABR designation indicates a real estate agent specializing in representing
buyers in the real estate transaction. The ABR is conferred by the Real Estate
Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC).
- CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) - The CRS
designation, offered through the NAR (National Association of Realtors),
denotes an agent who specializes in residential real estate. Only about
3% of the members of NAR have earned this designation.
- GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute) - Only
about 9% of all REALTORsŪ nationwide have earned the designation Graduate of
the REALTORŪ Institute - which places me in an elite group of real estate
agents with this specialized training.
I closed over $1 Million in
successful real estate transactions
each year from 1986 through 1990
and over $1.5 Million in 2001 and 2002!
